What are the Complications and Conditions of Diabetes?

Over a period of time, high blood sugar levels can damage the blood vessels, nerves, eyes, and kidneys. Over the years, high blood glucose damages nerves and blood vessels, leading to complications such as hypertension, heart disease (cardiopathy), stroke, eye disease (retinopathy), kidney (nephropathy ), circulation problems, nerve problems, erectile dysfunction, gum infections, circulation, weight-gain & weight loss, loss of energy, skin problems, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia,  reduce blood supply to the limbs (amputation).
